• CREW FEEDER great working autonomy and PLC integrated to manage all machine parameters and different regulations
• AUTO FEED AIR SCREWDRIVER for accurate, reliable and constant tightening. High torque repeatability on hard and soft joints. Possibility to interface with TOM, the Poka Yoke device that warns the operator at the end of cycle and in case of error; it manages the screw counting, it warnes the end of the tightening sequence; It show the n. of screws to be tightened, the set sequence and the nr. of screws tightened on the total. • FORWARD BIT STROKE DEVICEOTELESCOPIC. The first is suitable for tightening points close to sidewalls or inside small diameter holes even very deep. Not touching the surfaces, it doesn’t damage the components. The TELESCOPIC device tighten in deep until 105 mm. Upon request even with ROTATING PISTON: for tightening on flat surfaces with particular encumbrances
• NOSE PIECE the screw heads, also custom-made, allow perfect screw guide on fastening point, an excellent screw hold, optimized dimensions.
